Grid fragmented, not solid line

making a solid object (pumpkin), 5% infill, rectilinear.
see attached photo. the inner fill is fragmented, not solid. like swiss cheese. i have no clue what may be causing this. the outer wall is intact. any feedback apreciated, thanks

Looks like you’re printing the infill too fast for the filament at that temperature.

i can try adjusting, but this is the only object that is printing like this, in a multi-object project. Printing Tom Tom turkey, various parts. all the other parts, grids, are printing ok, with their grid. this orange filament, for body, i’ve used in numerous other projects, and no issues with these same settings.
for next batch of bodies, i’ll try adjusting the speed, see what happens. it may be a while, but when i do, i’ll repost to htis thread

I only experienced such a behavior for very low infill values till now

Try lowering the volumetric flow value…

Calibrate the maximum volumetric flow.

Simply reducing speed or max flow by guessing at some random amount will either not work or will mean you are printing slower than necessary.

Yes and no…

If you reduce the number and the problem gets better you know you are on the right track. Then you calibrate for precice numbers…

No point going through a complete calibration cycle only to find out it didn’t change anything…

not worth full recalibration, etc. the problem is just with this body. the other parts of this project print the grid ok (fine lines, but solid). and for overall structure,it is not a problem if the grid is not perfect infill, as it is just a decorative model. but it is weird that this particular grid is messed up, for this particular part of project.
