Welcome to the forum.
Your problem is that you are printing with Grid infill which is a “crossing” type of infill. This means that wherever the infill crosses itself the nozzle will hit the print as there is two layers worth of material trying to occupy one layer of height. If you switch to a “non-crossing” infill such a Gyroid you won’t have this problem.
Prusa has a really good detailed breakdown of the different types of infill and their advantages/disadvantages. These patterns correlate very closely to those available in Bambu Studio.
