In a forum it would be even normal if your entries post were hidden until it`s edited by a moderator.
Many Printer manufacturers do not even have a forum were you can ask anything.
The right to start a topic you get quickly, so don’t panic at all, take a breath.
Beginner problems are very interesting for Bambulab. I think you will get a really god answer to your problem from people who don’t get paid for it and do it for free. So please keep this in mind (You don’t talk to Bambulab employees here, so don`t blame them, they do it for free) …
Wait until you can start your topic or ask the question you want ask so you get help. So slow down a bit and you’ll be fine
