I am currently working on a project with PPS-CF and purchased a new Bambu .6 Tungsten nozzle for these prints. In less than 30 hr of use the nozzle tip pushed out of the housing. I thought this is what these nozzles were intended for? Very disappointing especially for the cost.

There’s a YouTube account that had the same issue at higher temperatures - adhesive fails and the hotend comes apart after some amount of time.
Raise a support ticket and don’t accept Bambu trying to get out of it by saying hotends are wear items.
I’m personally interested in trying the E3D ObXidian 500 hotends, but I’m also concerned about the printers throwing errors because they don’t like how they look.
I had similar failures multiple times. A couple of times with older X1 nozzles, once with H2D nozzle and once with tungsten HF nozzle printing PPA-CF. If its newly purchased they will replace it. If its past a certain time period its considered a wear item. The nozzle tips are inserted via heat interference fit, when they heat up to a high temperature for extended period of time its possible for them to fail like this.
I ordered the E3D .6 HF obXidian 500 and an E3D .6 Diamondback today. I will report back on my experience. It has been quite the process to get everything to cooperate equipment and filament combos. The Bambu support was garbage. Found that abs-gf makes a nice and easy support for the PPS-CF 10. The PPS-CF took some creativity to feed long prints without breaking too. Probably asking a little much from this machine.
