H2 Print farm rack setup question

H2 series printers can shake like an unbalanced washing machine at time. So, how safe is it to have a setup like this example? This type of rack is made for load bearing, constant shaking by all six printers for hours and days will eventually weakens the welded joints, no?

Also, unless the rack is bolted to the wall, I imagine the rack would shake quite a bit when all six printers are running. Wouldn’t that affect the print quality?

If that’s groundanchored on all 4 posts, it’ll take a lot more than an h2 to push around some pallet rack.

If it’s not anchored then yeah I would not build tlike that. Mostly because you need a ladder to access the filament! Madness.

Welds aren’t really subject to vibrations any more than the steel frame itself is. I am positive that will outlast all of those printers.

Is that why failures always happen right on the border between the heat affected zone and the parent material?

It was an extremely generalized statement and perhaps a bit too pedantic but those racks will be fine.
