If you want to get all 6 of the nozzles, you’ll need to buy 2 more .4 since there are only 4 .4 nozzles you get. You also get 1 .2 and .6 so you’ll have to get 5 of each if you want to go full .2 or .6 as well.

You already get a 4-1 PTFE adapter so you won’t need to buy one separately for the machine if you want to combine multiple AMS. You will however need a separate power cable for your extra AMS 2 or AMS HT if you want to dry with a 2/HT and print with the other or dry both an HT and 2 at the same time, however, this is optional, and you will be able to print with all your AMS without it.

If you only get the H2C with ONE AMS, you will be able to load 5 filaments since you get a spool holder, and you can attach 2 spool holders to the H2 machines so just buy another spool holder if you’re saving on money.
Setup will probably look something like this:
Separate power cable - AMS2 \
AMS1 - PTFE adapter - H2C
Separate power cable - AMS HT /
Depending on your needs, (which I’m guessing is engineering-grade) AMS 2 will definitely not be good at drying, it only dries PLA and PETG. HT is much better but you only can dry one at a time, so I’d recommend getting a separate power cable so you can print with your other two AMS whilst drying the HT at the same time, since that’s going to be quite slow. like @Bruegge said, the Sunlu E2 is the best drier as of now since it reaches 110C and can dry 2 filaments at a time opposed to the HT which can only reach 85C with 1 filament slot. There’s also the AMS heater that can reach 80C (if overclocked) for your AMS 1 but idk if that might mess with the machinery.
