To all H2C owners,
Could one of you please tell me the distance between the feet (see photo)?
So I know if I can place it on the same stone slab as my X1C.

I can’t tip my H2C easily but I can tell you that the H2C is larger than the X1C. My X1C is ~15x16 inches where as my H2C is 19x20 inches in size (overall dimension, not from center foot to foot)
I don’t know the exact distance between the legs, but I had two pieces of wood cut, 51x51 cm in width and length, and 18mm thick. I drilled holes in the center of both and inserted a 36mm long rod into the holes. The top piece rotates easily 360 degrees. This allows me to rotate the H2C as I need. It makes maintenance much easier. By the way, the legs are almost perfectly fitted now.

It’s quite a bit bigger than the X1C. If your slab was sized for the X1C the H2C won’t fit. But per the suggestion above, a couple of pieces of wood that are long enough for the H2C, laid on the slab with the H2C on top of them will be just as effective as the printer being directly on the slab.
That being said, the H2C feet are very soft and squishy, nothing at all like the X1C’s. The printer moves around quite a bit even on a solid surface (a shocking amount, IMO). So I doubt the H2C is going to care a lot about what it’s sitting on. I think it’d benefit from more mass on top, vs. sitting on something with more mass.

Really the H2C sometimes wobbles excessively. I never thought about that before because I didn’t know it would wobble this much. Personally, I regret not having the boards cut wider. Sometimes I’m afraid it will fall because of this wobbling.

Yeah, it the feet weren’t so “gummy”, the printer would walk its way right off the table top….
Not sure if they’re helping minimize the printer’s mechanical resonances for print quality, or just noise coupling. Might remove them and see.

front 18 inches between outside diameter of the feet not the middle of the feet like on your photo. Can’t measure to the back nospace, but I think it might be very close to be square.

I had good experience with the stone base plate on my X1C. That’s why I wanted to use it on the H2 as well, but if you think it’s not necessary because of the rubber feet, I’ll hold off for now and order the H2 and see how it goes.
The stone base plate is 50x50cm, so it should probably work with an 18-inch distance between the feet (45cm) if needed.

my H2C sits on stone 50widex57longcm but front of the stone sticks out 6.5cm. 50cmx50cm will work fine, it will be perfect fit with no room to move.
I’m not normally a fan of “printing stuff for my printer” but I did replace the squishy feet with ones printed in TPU 95A (a few models are available on MW). And it did WONDERS, I really recommend it. But I have never seen any need for concrete slabs or the like for any printer.

I placed my H2C on slippery cutting mats so that I can easily pull it across the desk when I need to access the back.
Even with the momentum of the print head and excessive wobbling, the thing doesn’t budge. It’s exactly where I put it two months ago. But I can slide the heavy device around on the desk with no problem at all and reach the back in 10 seconds.
