All,
I had some PETG build-up on a Vortec nozzle after a long print and tried to remove it for the next print. In the process, the sock ripped in half and it looks like Bambu doesn’t sell replacements. There’s a sensor on the back of the nozzle that clearly needs protection; does anyone know how to get a replacement silicone boot? Does anyone sell them?
Ive, also had this problem on my H2D but you can buy replacement socks from Bambu here is the link.
Silicone Sock for Hotend | Bambu Lab US Store
They’re sold here: Silicone Sock for Hotend | Bambu Lab US Store
(Make sure to select “H2C (right hotend)” option.)
Also my H2C came with some spares, check your stash if you haven’t used them yet!
Are you talking about the upper sleeve, or the lower silicone ring?
The lower ring has spares in your H2C toolkit, the upper sleeve you need to contact Bambu Support to get as they don’t have it in the regular parts store.
