H2C wont cut filament in a weird way

Hey all, I have been having this issue with this printer where after the Vortek Upgrade for some reason the nub that will adjust the filament extractor arm will keep on bumping the filament cutter, moving it to the right where it will not cut the filament. I have tried taking it apart and readjusting the cutter arm it to see if that would work, but that doesnt seem to be the problem either. I have also tried adjusting the old Filament Cutter Stopper to see if that could fix the issue but that didnt work either.

I have looked all over the forums and other sources and I havent seen anyone else with this issue before, so I am fairly stumped at this point as to where to go. I would like to figure out what I can do so that I can actually get this darn printer to work again. Thank you all in advance!

Here is a video of the problem I am having:

Would be good to check if there is not something at the rear of the gantry blocking the Y-axis to properly home it’s position.

It looks like it’s coming a bit too far forward, and therefore missing the cutter arm.

You could try a manual homing, and then use the motion buttons to move all the way to the back above the purging station. There you should be able to judge if it goes far enough towards the rear.
