My H2C is 3 months old, and i got notification to lubricate all the axis. I lubricated them all, and started my first print since lubrication. Now my printer squeaks while printing

It doesn’t happen all the time. I think it’s from the Y axis. I’ve lubricated both the Y and X axis again but it still squeaks. Any solution?
