H2D 3D Printable Accessories

Our team is constantly seeking ways to enhance your experience, and as part of that effort, we’ve uploaded a selection of 3D-printable accessories designed to further improve your H2D setup.

Check them out by following the links below:

H2D Smoke Ventilation Pipe

This smoke ventilation pipe quick-release assembly model is compatible with the H2D printer, aiming to enhance the convenience of smoke ventilation pipe installation and removal.

H2D Flexible Filament Top-feed Rack

This top-feed rack reduces feeding resistance for flexible filaments, improving print success rates with H2D printers. Flexible filaments (e.g., TPU 90A, TPU 85A) may slip in the extruder gear if resistance is too high, leading to layer gaps, under-extrusion, or weak prints.

H2D Dual Extruder Filament Guide Installation Aid

When replacing the H2D dual extruder filament guide, these models can be used to secure the cutter lever and keep the hotend connector in the raised position, facilitating the disassembly and installation of the dual extruder filament guide.

H2D Filament Cutter Stopper Installation Aid

During filament cutting, the cutter stopper is not in a vertical position, causing cutting failure. In such cases, the filament cutter stopper requires repair. This model can serve as an alignment aid during the process.

This is great - I’ve been looking for something exactly like this! Right now I don’t have any 90A TPU but am going to try this with TPU for AMS since I have that on hand.

Not everybody missed it

there has been this one available for quite a while:

it’s a great design, and superior to the “copy”

It would be an interesting report , thats for sure , assuming you are referring to the offical bambu version

Would be nice if you listed the pipe size on the model… 100mm? @SupportAssistant

That (straight) smoke ventilation pipe connector came out just a couple of days to late so I had to design my own (which is now obsolete I guess) “quick release” bayonet mount

lol I left quotes on “copy” on purpose, its not an actual copy of the design, but it’s heavily inspired on the concept and execution

^ is still better for tight spaces.

Did i tell you i got one on my tumble dryer :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I think that one keeps the pipe closer to the printer too, plus angled downward and has a reversed version. Love mine.

Ahh so what you’re saying is, it’s based on fundamental constraints and geometry of ventilation, universally applicable, and generally all designers will arrive at a very similar outcome
