I start to feel the device is wearing itself. on forum I did not find any clue about issue I had/have
As soon I started to print ASA problems start to pop up
First of all the 0.6 nozzles. I can’t obtain a decent line start no matter the filament. the first millimeters are lifted. With 0.4 I have no issues.
Left nozzle wiring is doomed to cook, the wires just end baked and brittle until they crack and circuit is gone. You end swapping the whole hotend, nozzle excluded.
Now the A motor bearings (or such) started to grind at a given position on the rotating axle.
On the motor A I also notice a deformation on the black plastic part, like the metal axle is punching through it.
Now please someone with the H2D to check the part to see if if the upper layer of the part it is flat or deformed like mine, it has a sort of cylindric shape starting to peek through the plastic. I will add pics asap
I start to be angry because I already saw there is no spare for that, seems we have to buy a complete A motor.
Have a good day
