I’m in the UK and my H2D arrived early May with the same v01.00.01.03 firmware. I only just updated it yesterday to try the heating without rotate function in the AMS2.

As I’m in Germany I selected Europe from all the other options. There was no lock I think.
I just realized that everytime you setup the region, the ‘KEY’ to bind the printer with bambu studio changes.
Strange, because I can freely choose if I want to rotate the spools in AMS 2 pro when drying or not. And we have the same firmware - at least by number
