H2D Extruder jam

Printing newbie here, so excuse me if this is common knowledge. I set up a print last night in my H2D using Bambu PLA tough filament using all the stock slicer settings. I came in this morning and found the printer had jammed at 63%. The error message is “The extrusion motor is overloaded; please check if the extruder is clogged or the filament is stuck in the tool head.”

Is a cold pull what I should do here? I’m a little surprised since I’ve been printing PLA and PETG fine. This is my first time with the PLA Tough but I had not heard of any changes needed with this filament.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions for this 3D-printing novice.
