so for some reason my left filament buffer wasn’t letting filament thru. previous to that, there was a bit of filament in the tub. I removed it but still persisted. took apart the Buffer and it came down to two things!

PTFE Tube
the PTFE tub came loose even tho I can see it thru the small window (im guessing due to the stop and the force of the filament trying to get thru, it forced the PTFE tub back out

Small Magnet
Not sure why or how but this magnet was on backwards. so I re orientated it and it’s all fine now.
one thing I did find disturbing tho is that for such an expensive machine, it was missing one of the 4 screws to remove the buffer…I dont think this played a roll in this problem but
