H2D Left hotend and filament cutter issue

Already fixed this, but though i’d share this with you just in case this ends up being more of a common issue, and not a freak incidence.

Pictures after the boring blah-blah.

so the symptoms first:
left side cutter stopepd cutting. AMS did manage to retract the filament occasionally, but it basically pulled it out of the hotend since it was not cut.
This caused the filament to get stuck at changes, and some more interesting feeding errors.

cause: the spring loaded moving part, in which the filament cutter resides, was stuck. there was a small piece of filament that had gotten between the plastic part and the metallic filamet feeding tube.

easily fixed, but took a while before i realized that the part was stuck.
Remove the extruder cover, filament levers and the plate that houses the left filament cutter “elevator” … then clean any debris from the parts.

the pictures:
Filament has slipped out, because the part was stuck in up position.

And the culprit of this problem:

I guess i’ll start cleaning that part atleast once a month from now on…
