H2D not extruding to waste bin anymore

hello,

i am using my H2D quite a while now.

only doing ASA prints. at the beginning the filament witch is extruded at the start of a print

was going into the waste bin. now it is going in front of it (between waste bin and printplate) and

is laying on th floor of the cabine. the X-position is still OK. no idea what i have done wrong

to get into this situation.also the nozzle cleaning is still on correct position.

pls excuse my bad bavarian english.

regards Tom

Check if there is some debris on the Y rails limiting the Y-axis during homing.

Possibly powering of the printer and check how far you can move the gantry backwards.

Are the other startup steps like nozzle cleaning executed at the correct position, or are they offset also?

I think i found it, there was a little part of filament witch prevent the the small flap

in the waste bin to come 100% forward.

looks good for the moment.

thank you.

Mine has done this before as well. reboot the beast and try homing the gantry a few times.

Sometimes it’s just debris messing up things.

Glad you found it!
