Just checking if anyone who is using the H2D has experienced a Nozzle Camera Error message on their printer. It happens at the start of every print and lets me ignore it, but it is annoying. Message is: “Nozzle camera lens is dirty, which may affect the AI monitoring functionality. Please clean the… [0c00-0100-002-0017 141330].” I have tried cleaning the lens, but it still comes back. It seemed to have started after I did this last firmware update a couple of days ago. Anybody experience this?
Happens to me when I print Asa. I clean it and it goes away. Are you sure you’re cleaning the right camera? Just asking
Three cameras I clean regularly and once when I got that error. The one under the nozzles between them (you have to squat down to see it), the one to the right with the light on it that looks like a bar, and the one to the left of the door we use for live view. There are other sensors in there to clean as well.

I missed that location the first time I got the error. Couldn’t figure out why I kept getting the error after cleaning what I thought was the correct camera lens. Did some digging and found out I was off by a bit. Cleaned the correct lens and like magic, the error went away.
Cracks me up at just how off I can be when I don’t bother doing the proper digging into the actual directions (instructions). Live and learn - hahaha.

I wasn’t even aware that was a camera even after reading the doc, in my brain there wasn’t a need for two cameras there so when I found the one on the side I “assumed” it was just called two different things and went to the next thing to do. I was wrong, admit it and when I go back to that doc I realize its pretty clearly in there. It was when I was cleaning under the tool head after a PETG run I noticed the purple anti glare coating and it clicked in my head there was another camera there.
I guess I’m not really sure now that I see all these comments. I’ll give it another try and get back to everyone. Thanks for the replies you guys!
I also get this error when printing with ASA or any high temp filament. I cleaned all cameras and sensors but still get the error. When I print with PLA/PETG or even TPU, the error never shows up. So I believe it is either a bug or that the camera gets messed up with higher heat.
