I’m not too worried at this point, I’m betting it’s the cutting module (or lack of). The camera is only used with a laser or cutting/plotter option so my guess is the printer isn’t checking for the new camera.
I agree with the firmware between the two machines, I’m sure they both share or use the same firmware. Depending on what is attached will check for calibrations and guide you through the process. That’s my hope anyway.
