@WisestMoose Hi, I saw your images and I seem to have the same identical problem. trying to attach images to show you but think limited as I’m a new user. But almost identical under-extrusion, holes and distortion on the Benchy roof that you got, especially on the hull and Benchy archway/roof. I set up the printer last night, dried the Bambu PLA Silk+ for 12 hours, then this morning ran first test using the built-in Benchy in the H2D itself. So… my initial first impression is …UGGGHHH!!!
Checked packaging and no obvious signs of damage, dropping or anything… so … now waiting for support as well.
