Oof that is bad and it still prints better than mine
I felt no issues at all checking for drag, no resistance. This Benchy is from after the high precision nozzle calibration. A smidge better I suppose.I’ve tried all your suggestions for minimal improvement. Thank you all for them! I am feeling at a loss at this point. I suppose its just waiting on support now.

Bambu Lab undoubtedly has the best packaging, but there’s room for improvement across the board.
Looking at you, Creality K2 Plus—nearly all the reviewers I watched had the same broken foot issue.
Did you try the higher Flow Ratio yet? I’m thinking 1.03-1.08 will be the range. That said, I wouldn’t expect that much is needed for normal BBL PLA, so leave the ticket open even if it gets to a decent level.
I did this test some days ago, and at least for Bambu PLA it gave me the exact same result as their default 0.98 value. Haven’t tested it for other materials though.
Yeah, I have always used the default 0.98. But the OP’s problem is clearly some form of under extrusion. Again, I say they should continue to ask Support for options, but I think getting a modified value will give them a band-aid fix for now.
My thread of similar issues is here. Similar under extrusion (my pics kinda suck) but definite underextrusion issues even after both calibrations in bambu studio. Manual flow rate calibration higher than calibration suggested seems to have fixed it a bit but not totally.
In Orca, there is a feature called "Small area flow compensation. The results of that, in my experience, are similar to this “issue” on the H2D. I have a feeling that they enabled that by default, at least for the H2D
It definitely suffers from under extrusion in a lot of prints. Top surfaces are not as smooth as the X1C. Needs fixing, will be a headache to tune every BL filament I use…
try spraying a light layer of WD 40 or another non-invasive lubricant in the two ptfe tubes that carry the filament to the hot-ends. It seems like a bullshit but I solved the same problem with another printer of a different brand. If it improves, repeat the operation on the entire ptfe section, including AMS2. it is not an irreversible test, but the amount of lubricant must be minimal. if this were to lead to a benefit it means that the original ptfe tubes oppose too much resistance to the dragging of the filament.
I’m sorry to hear about the OP issues. My first thought when I saw the prints was: Looks like the filament isnt dry enough.
I’m absolutely no specialist though, but all my prints so far, without exception and stupidity, have been absolutely flawless.
Maybe drying, factory reset and calibration again might help?
Make sure to create a ticket with Bambu, it could be a mechanical issue with the extruder (servo). Might be a good idea to disconnect and reconnect the extruder connections, just to make sure it’s not a loose connector.
Have you tried the Flow Rate test on the Calibration Tab (Manual Calibration)? It will take an hour or so, but it should give you a value that is useable while they work on a fix.
Ticket is open with bambu support. I did the flow rate for matte bambu pla and got a k value of .031 and a flow ratio of 1.029. Filament is currently at 7% for dryness. I have disconnected and reconnected the extruder connections too Still no bueno.
