I have a H2D laser combo. The LCD screen does not power on. The power switch on the back lights up. E-stop switch is on with red connector plugged into it. The green light inside the back on the power supply lights up and only 1 light on the AP board is lighting up. (suppose to have a second one blinking) When powering on, The fan turns on then off. The start / stop button blinks on and off, a light on the tool head remains on and the LED bar on the front of the heat bed turns on white and fades off and on . I suspect the AP board is bad. What do you guys think? I just submitted a support ticket , but they seem to take a while to get back to you and then it seems to be a back and forth with them for days .
can you still connect to it in slicer?

Have you double checked that the display connector is plugged in correctly on both ends?
Yes I double checked the display connector. Support actually got back to me and they think its the AP board. I did some additional tests they asked me to do, but it did not solve the issue. So I reported back to them. Just waiting to hear back from them again at this point.
