I am thinking of upgrading my H2D Laser to the H2C.
I know the build are smaller but I have x4 for the H2D.
Could I cut them down fit the H2C as one of them is the Vision Encoder.
Thanks For any help in advance.

The vision encoder doesn’t need to be cut. You would probably ruin it when doing so.
If you have the proper tools, you might consider cutting the plates. AFAIK you need to remove 10mm on each side.
As long as the final plate is the correct dimensions and still flat, it should work as normal.
That said, I wouldn’t bother. Even with really good metalworking tools there’s still a chance that the coating chips along the cut, and you’ll have to work to ensure there’s no burr left in the metal, or it just won’t sit right on that side after.
…and even then, the bare metal is going to rust eventually.
Build plates are consumables. Keep your H2D plate for the H2Ds. The Bambu anniversary sale is on now, build plates are cheap, I’d just get proper H2C ones.
