Hello,
My printer has a major failure, it started two days ago during a print with Chamber temperature malfunction [0300-8018-202919] regarding the heat bed, it said a circuit board may have failed and to reset the device. After I reset the device many more errors arose.
The Toolhead is malfunctioning
The Filament Buffer Module is malfunctioning
The MC motor controller module is malfunctioning
The Toolhead expansion module is malfunctioning
Airflow System Failed to activate cooling mode.
Automatic Top vent air door malfunction
The nozzle Camera is not in place.
Nothing can be adjusted through the touchpad. I am not able to heat up or move the print heads, or adjust the bed. The lights, display and I hear a cooling fan turn on but nothing else will work. I opened a ticket, but have not heard back as of yet. Any suggestions on further trouble shooting would help. Since it is across the board everything I am guessing a connector somewhere or a control board.
I did send in a ticket, but it takes a few days for them to reply. Just checking all my boxes before they get back to me. If someone seen a similar issue and it is a simple connector that came loose that would be great.
Try to unplug the AMS (turn off printer), had a similar thing, turned out the AMS-connector was not properly attached and gave a lot of error-messages. Without the AMS connected the messages disapeared.
No luck, still the same errors. Thank you for the suggestion, I was hopeful b/c the AMS doesn’t power up at all. Tech support had me check P17 on the MB and the associated cable for damage, then to unplug it to see if it changed anything. The same errors remained and it didn’t even recognize the new fault introduced with unplugging it.
Same thing happened to me with brand new out of box H2D printer MC module failure. My question is what does support do? And how long does it take for them to answer after ticket?
