I have 4 relatively new H2S printer. 2 of the regularly give an ams assisted motor overload error using a single roll, and single filament . I just push problem solved and they start printing again for a while then the error comes back. I checked the length of the tubing from the buffer to the tool head and its 590 mm. The filament is in plastic spools and the spools are full, or close to it.
Pictures of your setup please. If you have overloaded AMS motors it generally means your PTFE arrangement has issues.
Thanks, shortening the tubing from the ams to printer seems to have solved the problem
If you don’t mind, can you mark my post as the solution? It helps the forum in the future!
I wonder if it is this issue?
I had this with the X2D and it fixed the problem
