H2S bed leveling Failure

My H2S has been printing the same 16hr print back to back to back for the better part of 2 weeks.

Just finished a print took the plate off to remove print, reinstalled plate and now I’m getting constant bed leveling failures.

HMS_0300-2500-0001-0005: Z axis motor rotation is obstructed; please check if there are foreign objects stuck in the Z slider or Z timing pulley.

Every time it gets to the back right corner of the build plate it fails.

I’ve removed the nozzle and cleaned it, cleaned the plate, made sure there is nothing stuck under the plate, homed the axies, checked travel, checked the z sliders for debris, made sure the z axis timing pulley was clear, and adjusted/tightened the z axis top covers.

The only thing I haven’t done that’s part of the trouble shooting is adjusting the nozzle plate because I don’t see what that has to do with the bed being level and honestly it’s more disassembly than I want to do right now.

Also don’t pay attention to the sock or front cover being off, it’s been running fine without it, and it does the same error with or without it.

You can watch the entire 1:41 bed leveling but I recommend skipping to about 1:00.

Any ideas what’s going on here and how can I fix it?!

One thought — have you checked the underside of the build plate? I’ve encountered similar issues when printing with Aero filaments, which tend to spread residue throughout the printer. Even a tiny bit of debris can cause the ABL to fail, just like a slightly misaligned plate would.

Привет! На видео видно, что на последнем шаге сопло придавливает край пластины и она отпускается. Возможно пластина плохо прилипла или пластина кривая. Возможно где-то мусор прилип.

Hello,

After a couple of hours of printing…I’m having the exact same mistake but on the left side of the bed… could you solve it?, i’ve try almost all the alternatives of the guide without success…

Yes I found a piece of poop that missed the poop chute and lodged itself between the bed and the screw but I couldn’t see it because of how close to the plate it was.

Thanks for your response!, I actually found a piece of tree support between the bed and the top end of one of the Z linear guides, couldn’t see it before, because it was black and the AMS on top was covering my line of sight to that spot…
