Brand-new H2S out of the box checked to make sure that everything was removed that would stop it working that is tape, foam and ties. Turned it on for the first time and I get this clattering or hammering from around the right hand back area of the cabinet Where the filter and fan is located.
Has anyone had the same issue? When you take the screen off the filter and remove the filter pad, you can see some big cogs behind there when I flick the switch to turn the unit on they obviously are jammed or stuck or not working properly and there is this Clattering banging noise. I have a video of it but can’t load it here. Anyone able to help?
The H2S retractable cutter bar is back there and clacks every time the nozzles moves back a certain distance. When it happens you’ll see the bar pop out and swing back in when the nozzle moves forward. I was a bit taken aback by it also, but apparently it is normal. Every print there are like 6 CLACK CLACKs coming from rear right of printer. I would watch it and see if that bar is popping out or if it is jammed in some way.
