Can anyone help me solve this problem? I have an H2S printer and am using eSun ASA filament; I am using the recommended preset.

One of those supports has fallen off. I suspect bed adhesion problems. Clean plate, raise temperature etc.
You could also try regular supports. They are stronger.
If all else fails, print a raft under the model. Supports will stick that to just fine but it’s a ridiculous amount of hassle.
