They just released the X2D an A2, so any new printers wouldn’t seem likely to be positioned to water down those sales, let alone replace them for at least a year or more.
Even the H2C is less than a year out. I can’t believe Bambu would obsolete it so quickly.
Yes, not ideal, however, its probably still going to be 6 months out… maybe a year till the follow up printers are announced.

Interestingly, they have photos and manual on that page which are not available for public download. There’s confidentiality period up to 180 days after which they will reveal everything, so I think 6 months is a fair time. Especially knowing DJI, they will sacrifice h2c sale without hesitation
I just noticed they also have a filing for the X2D PRO (in the documents linked from the first post)
I think they are behind on toolchangers (Snapmaker U1) and I think H3C is a toolchanger, and I think it’s important to release ASAP as long they did not rush it.
Maybe they will make the H3 hotend fan accessible?
But the entry dates are all close to the release dates of the items? Guess it will be released soon and be distributed before Christmas. Hopoe a real tool changer, then I am going to order one.

I’d hope so! I have never understood analysis based on “but they won’t want to cannibalize themselves.” Any company in a competitive market making decisions on that basis is foolish. If you don’t replace your own products with better ones, someone else will do it for you.

with the current drive towards toolchangers they cant afford to not release a new product.
They released the X2D right after the P2S which obviously watered down the P2S sales, probably because they HAD to respond to the Snapmaker hit they were taking. And I think Snapmaker is still eating into Bambu sales which will force their hand again, so I can’t imagine obsoleting the H2C being off the table.
I got the P2S and then the next month the X2D dropped…I was more bummed out than I was angry but I really want a multicolor printer…so I hope it is sooner than Christmas. I told my wife I would wait until September before I made a decision to pull a trigger on a multihead…with the lower price the H2C looks really attractive…so now I guess I gotta wait a little longer to see if they release it…but if it is everything it looks like it is…I am in…
Will probably see announcement soon for the device to be ready before Christmas. that is what happened last year for the P2S
