Oh wait, there is another System update.
After installing the other update its working again.

I can confirm the newest system update fixes the issue for me as well. Handy(I so wish they would rename this app)now works again.
Same here. New Android Beta version installed this morning, and Bambu Handy app is now up and running.
It seems like updating Android to the latest beta on my Pixel 9 Pro has reintroduced the issue again since this morning ![]()
Same here.
Hopefully they can push an update sooner rather than later.
I’ve just updated to Android Security Update January 5, 2026, Build Number CP21.260116.011.B1, and Bambu Handy version 3.15.0
bbl.intl.bambulab.com, and the issue is back again.
I created a bug report in the beta feedback and it was marked as duplicate to this one, so this is the issue Google should be working on, I guess/hope

Android 17 beta 1 and issue Is back !!!
I waiting for news
Also for me using a Pixel 9a
New os release today, installed on my pixel 8 and bambu handy launches again
The update has been installed and the app is working again, but all my icons are missing.
I can also confirm that after installing A17 beta 2, Handy is working.
All my icons are missing too, and the syncing of my AMS and filament info seems to be iffy and not displaying properly too
I just updated to Android 17 Beta 3 and using Bambu Handy 3.17.0 still makes it impossible to print stuff, same ? symbols on the AMS slots, dropdowns for changing filament type do not work.
The only way to use Bambu Handy on the Android 17 Beta is to downgrade Handy down to 3.0.3 version.
Registered an account just to thank you. I’ve had the same issue for months and just dealt with it on my Pixel 9 Pro on Beta. I’ve tried downgrading to a few older but could never get it working; downgrading all the way back to 3.0.3 restored my functionality.
Installed the latest update today, still no funktion on Android 17.
New Android 17 beta, the app won’t even start any more.
Same thing is happening to me. It sucks
