Just saw a YouTube video posted yesterday with someone having the same issue. Support said AC board but the power supply you can find on Amazon for cheaper if support doesn’t send one out. You can get a better one that will fit. I think it’s maxing out the power supply with the 1700 watts pull to heat the bed and heads all at once. They could fix that in a firmware update.
