FedEx apparently delivered it to the address on the label. What happened to it then was between the homeowner and Bambu. It’s not yours until it is delivered to you. If you simply reported a failed delivery to Bambu, Bambu would eventually have re-shipped it to the correct address. You have your printer, it was your choice to go find it.

All of the half dozen models from your site that I’ve bothered to check are from cults3d, and they all have only a Private Use license, which does not grant you the right to sell prints from those designs. You even used their photos for your site.
Which makes me doubt that you are much concerned about being correct and legal if you can make some money.
