Has anyone had an issue with Bambu Lab support?

They did, when you did post, I got this flagged and hidden, I had to go and edit to bring it back. Look at their Patreons, and they normally respond there faster LittleGhost and SneakyPanda are not here in the US, so their times are different. ThatCadDad has a Discord channel (try to hit him on discord, he is more active) where not only I am active providing some feedback and recently making some suggetions… the only one that has not even responded to me even that I am actively paying him for the license is PA1 Maker, but I am considering to drop his products from my shop, since I do not have a customer base for them… I will give him some months to see what I do.
ThatCardDad has his licensing model on Thangs and he might be the fastest one to respond.

But also you could take the time to instead wrongly accusing me to check the description of the models for example:

## 3D model description

“Perfectly balanced… as all things should be.”

I am inevitable. And so is this creation: the Infinity Gauntlet Deckbox. Not a toy, not a mere container… but a throne for your cards, and a weapon of destiny.

If you’re a fan of Magic and the worlds of Fallout, LOTR, Doctor Who, or any other editions, don’t forget to take a look at the rest of the [Deckboxes] and follow me on [instagram]

Don’t forget to take a look at my [Patreon]., where you can find discounts, sales licenses, free models and new ideas before anywhere else!.

If you don’t have a printer and still want one of the models, take a look at our list of [Authorized Stores]

I did remove all the links to avoid being flagged, but if you click on Authorized stores, that could save you the waiting time. Again, not all of them do have a list I am unsure if Little Ghost did end up adding the list but he was working on gathering the names of our stores. so I will assume he did.

and that should over about 85% of my inventory, since he is the fist one I started to support, and most of my products are his… the other 15% are a combination of 3 sellers and 1 model i did following some tutorials that is very easy to make, the tutorial did not explain how to do the product, just the techniques used on Blender).

Same thing here, as in Europe there are very strong and strict consumer protection laws, reinforced by both national authorities and courts (if you have to get to that). There’s also the option to apply to the national and/or the EU Ombudsman , who, when provided with the necessary supporting documents/proofs, will take over the matter and deal directly with the offending company (whether located in the EU or abroad) and makes sure your complaint is adequately handled, and a refund/replacement or compensation are provided. There were cases where the matter was brought before an either national or even EU court (CJEU) where the rulings were very costly for the offending company, both financially and reputationally.

When you first joined you posted the same complaint in two different places, one of them was hidden and marked as spam. The ones in this thread were hidden because you were insulting everyone. Originally I did just ask you what was going on and you said my lawyer should contact your legal team. Some of us are here a lot and we get a little defensive when people come in and start insulting people. We also have a long history of the people who come in to complain being the people who are also causing a lot of the problems on MakerWorld.

I messaged ThatCadDad on Makerworld and on Cults and PA1_Maker (the birdhouses)… but honestly just the fact that you’re still here and posting their info makes me think I was a little hasty to judgement and you’re paying for the licenses.

So for that I apologize. For everyone else, I will surrender my title as 8 bit detective and take a demotion to 4 bit detective.

To answer your original question, Bambu support is a little difficult to deal with. There have been people who had to fight to get a refund/reship that never got their products at all.

No, both were marked one spam the other one (this one) as advertising. The reason why I responded the way I did is simple: I am talking about an issue, and you implied that I was stealing from creators. I am a human, and humans react as how they perceive. I started to insult once others started to join to your accusations, without even taking the time to investigate if they do offer any licensing system (which they do on another platforms). PA1 Maker will not respond, I did ask him about what magnets to use on his Patreon, and never responded… if he does, let me know how he reached out to you, so I could use that same method to reach him. ThatCadDad is very active, I will ask him to respond to you ASAP.
Well hold on! as an update: ThatCadDad has responded to you.
and I also do apologize for responding in an aggressive way. I came here upset with support due to an unfair situation, and that prompted me to lose my patience so fast when I read your post. I will email SneakyPanda and LittleGhost for them to respond to you whenever they get a chance (if you had a chance to reach out to them too)

I just saw it… so for any onlookers he is paying ThatCadDad for the right to sell his models. I was wrong and jumped the gun on judgement. Honestly I looked at all the birdhouses and didn’t see any mention of the creator and the pictures being the same is what threw me.

Hopefully you will accept my apology because I really don’t like the idea of being bumped down two levels to 2 bit detective.

The reason why the descriptions are not giving clear credits is more an update on Etsy, and has been discussed internally in the Patreons, for creators like SneakyPanda he is allowing us to use the term “co-creator” in case Etsy enforces the new policy of not allowing commercial licenses, but the creators had agreed to the curated description due to the recent changes on Etsy policies, and to avoid them losing their revenue since if we cannot sell, we would not buy.
It is ok, also please accept mine for the way I did respond, again not justifying myself, but I was already upset due to this situation, and I am considering seriously on just selling all the BL printers and buy the other ones that shall not be mentioned to avoid being flagged.

Ohhh, got it. We’ll again, sorry for jumping to conclusions. I sidetracked the original post and I’m sorry for that too. We’ve all had a rant or two at/to Bambu in the past.

No problem, my apologies for responding in an aggressive way instead providing more clarification from the beginning. This could had ended quickly if I were just to chose to respond differently.

Enjoy these types of issues while they last. Eventually the A.I. wont need us to make models lol. This is a small slice in time, where we actually get to argue about Ip still. Like chatGPT and the other 500 using everybodies IP to create responses. Sorry, I’m watching the new mission impossible. Got me hating on AI atm. lol

Continue on with the algorithm training.

I truly believe that AI is quite far from replacing humans when it comes to 3D modeling, and by far I mean 3-5 years at least (and that in technology is “a long way”). By then even 3D printing as a business will be potentially obsolete, and would be as profitable as printing on paper for a copy of your DL or stuff like that…
I do normally speak about AI @ Colleges and people is really hyped about this topic, but we are still to see their true potential, more than quantum computing, we need a better regulation and a self-adjusting learning model that could remove all the biases that we are passing to truly unchain its potential, and to achieve that we are few decades away.

Is it good (the movie)???

Not bad. They are all basically the same. Dude does impossible stuff to save the world lol.

Just Quickly:

The most remarkable case was an order from China (I ordered from Switzerland) for my relatives in the Philippines as a gift. I contacted FedEx because of some customs issues (in the Philippines), and then — strangely enough — FedEx representative in Switzerland reached out to me. I had no idea why, since FedEx in Switzerland is actually handled by the Swiss postal service, and I couldn’t understand why they were even involved. When I explained that my problem was with a package in the Philippines and that I had contacted FedEx about it, they told me it was probably spam. I replied, “How could it be spam if I paid for the delivery?” In the end, the issue was resolved by my relatives directly with the FedEx office in the Philippines. Well Feedex was simply no more able to handle the case at all with the person how charged for…

Long story short: don’t expect to solve a shipping problem across continents—nobody really cares. Especially when you’re dealing with regions where, once the payment has gone through, nobody gives a damn about a lost package at all. And this counts for China as well…

I hope AI takes over as much as possible, and as quickly as possible. Look that the pages are deliverer to the right doors otherwise the machines will shut down  If i do not get my food on the table, I will move to my Asian relatives and they will know how… By the way, I change business, I stop working for emergy suppliers and start supporting Food processing industry. They need even more qualified persons to keep there stuff ruining and charge even more on time. AI pleas do it and as much as you can… and take care packages arrive on the right door - no problem at all… otherwise i move and will get my food somewhere else…

Nice to see how she get surprised:
