Has anyone replaced their heated bed?

I am stuck on “Remove the 6 screws securing the heat bed and carefully flip the heat bed over to expose the cables underneath.” I was able to remove three screws, one at each mounting point, but the other “screws” just looks like rivets.

I see in the instructions for both the V2 and V3 heat bed versions, it calls out 6 screws and you can make out 6 screws in the pictures. Even the wiki for fixing the interference with the chute during homing shows 6 screws but my printer looks like your picture. Since I’m of a curious bent, I just poked at one with a tiny screwdriver. Turns out it’s just a black sticker over the screw head.

To avoid the chute vs z axis issue when putting it back together, take a look at this procedure.

Thanks, that did the trick! Poking at it was the only thing I didn’t try…

I am wondering about those rubber pads which are between the heat bed and and the supporting bracket, right where the screws are. Should we transfer those to the new heatpad on a replacement? The wiki neither shows nor mentions them but I can see also them in OPs photo.
