are you sure they did shipped on lauch day ? it says shipping day etd april 03 …
Given that a bunch of people have said that they’ve shipped, many have already received them, and BBL themselves said that there would be units for sale on launch… yeah, I’m pretty sure.

weird because i have not received a tracking number yet and ive ordered at 10am exactly when it came out

I just got the encoder plate. There was suppose to be a HF nozzle in the package too, but the package was busted open and it was only the plate

Those things are valuable! Only [REDACTED] exist in the whole world and they aren’t restocking them 
It’s just frustrating/annoying. Now I have to deal with their support, which I just don’t enjoy. I’m already kind of annoyed about the broken handle on the front door of my unit. It’s minor things, but like dang it. Com’on
Their packaging of accessories has always been a little dodgy. Like I specifically don’t order Maker’s Supply parts alongside filament because they don’t package them well together, and so the Maker’s Supply parts get crushed/lost/whatever. For that matter, I split my filament orders up too because they don’t package them well when there’s a bunch of filament.
I hate the times they would throw parts/accessories loose in a box with filament. So the filament is tumbling around just beating the accessories like an unwanted step child. They eventually started to sometimes bag parts so they aren’t rolling around loose, but half the time the bag they’d put that stuff in wasn’t sealed so everything would go everywhere anyway.
I can’t even go order another nozzle because of limited stock… 
Hopefully my smooth pei plate isn’t lost in the mail. It’s supposedly been in portland, but hasn’t been delivered for a few days now.

I live in Bayern, near Landshut.
I am not sure what is going up but ill give it till tomorrow morning to see if something happened with the status. But with my luck it will not arrive before wednesday afternoon and the im on a business trip till saturday.

It’s really awful how they always package everything. Sometimes it’s huge packages with two spools, but there’s room for 20.
Depends on what you mean “on its way”. Mine was on its way since Thursday and status hasnt change since then. According there process you will receive a call a day after it arrives at the local center and the day after that it will be delivered. That means wednesday at earliest.
Hi, I also bought the laser version at 3:44 PM. When I click on the order now, it says I bought it at 10:44 PM, which isn’t true. It’s supposed to be shipped before April 25th. Ah, I live in Germany.
Timezones
Ordered at 15:08 on the 25th, but they put it on hold after I opened a ticket complaining about missing accessories when creating my bundle (not every option was there yet). Didn’t want to give a discount unless I cancelled my order.
I didn’t do that and on Friday 28/03 they unblocked it and I got a tracking code for GEL, and also one for DPD (extras like filament and vision encoder plate). As of today, April 1st at 2:20 CEST I still can’t actually track it on their website (no data). Hopefully this changes soon.
I’m starting to think the negative reviews for GEL Express might be there for a reason 
My H2D was delivered with GEL Express. The printer got to the local distribution centre on Friday morning and was left there until Monday. So it wasn’t an express delivery. But it did arrive undamaged in the end.
Can’t be as bad as FedEx. My printer is stuck at the same place for going on 4 days now… so irritating.
@Kenny89 did your H2D ship from the US or from Canada?
