i am not normally a record and unbox sort but i will be with anything coming from them never heard a good word about them
So for people in Germany, your tracking has updated? Mine is still the same as it was last week on Thursday. To be honest I was expecting a bit quicker delivery and it looks like itās not even close. Overall it has been 6 days since mine has been marked as ādispatchedā
The delivery was successful, however, the package was carried by only one guy of the GLEā¦the poor guy. The package looks good, no damage in transit. (Germany)

My tracking is still at the second step, remaining in Mainz.

even though it was shipped by GLE, the actual final delivery for me was DPD, and it was only one guy, so I definitely had to help bring it up the stairs, itās a two men job for sure

They never contacted me, neither by e-mail nor by phone
I hope they dont just deliver it without anything, as not everybody is avaible at home. Today im in homeoffice but tomorrow ā¦
I am looking forward to carry that printer up to the third floor alone without elevator.

Same here. I have a distinct feeling it has something to do with where you live in Germany too. Or the reviews are correct for GLE and we have wait for weeks.

My printer was supposed to arrive today. They called me on Friday and scheduled my delivery for today between 7 am and 2 pm.
Later the day (on friday) my printer arrived AGAIN at the same destination hub and a few hours later, my detailed tracking information where all gone.
So I already felt that there was something wrongā¦
So today (delivery day) I called them to ask if everything was alright with my shipment.
The guy told me that they had a change in their system over the weekend and that all the orders around Frankfurt would be rescheduled for tomorrowā¦
My destination hub is in Kassel.
If you live around Frankfurt itās possible that that is the reason of the delayed shipping / tracking.
Very annoying
At least I was able to convince my boss so I could do home office today and luckily also tomorrow so Iām at home when the printer arrives!
@marioweinberger should get his printer tomorrow, afaik he is in germany too.
@Rico I am around frankfurt too, so I guess thats the reason why nothing is changing. I hope they dont just come tomorrow, as I am not at home.
My tracking also do not show that the parcel is in Mainz anymore, its still the first hub, but anyway Mainz is around an hour away, maybe it doesnt need to go to a second / arrival hub.
He said that everybody whose delivery was set for today (and will be scheduled for tomorrow) will be called and should be called by nowā¦
My tracking is still brokenā¦.
Kassel is also around one hour away from me. Chances are good, that your printer is already at your destination hub
