Ordered H2D AMS Combo on release day 25. March 15:25 added Filament.
Filament already here
Fullfilment status since day 0 “partial” - no tracking number, no information, no nothing 
- waiting

btw separately ordered 2nd AMS Pro has arrived yesterday (had to pay CHF 22.95 CHF for handling and import tax)
My unit hast Just been delivered in Munich (orderered in thursday at 15.15pm). Unfortunatelly, I am still waiting for the accessoires package that should have been shipped one day earlier. I thougt it was delivered on friday/saturday but I was wrong.

While the package seemes flaeless from the outside some Things were broken, including the attachenent of the Fan:
it still has not shipped… i dont know where it ships from but at this point it feels like from china hahaha. im in canada tho
Is this bad packaging by Bambu or careless carrier?!

, mine has been in this status for 6 days now
I have no idea, the package had no visible damage and also the (closed) unpacked unit seemed to be fine from the outside. From the inside, it was a mess with the broken Support brackets and the damaged side panel. I am also confused by the threaded rods. On the upper Side they both can travel 5mm in x and y and there is no bearing. Is it ment to be like that?
Also from the first impression ist that the X1C built quality was Higher (for example now plastic Side Panels instead of Aluminium).
Which option / version did you order? AFAIK The only one that started shipping out the next day was the non-laser H2D Combo package. If you ordered either laser version it’s shipping toward the end of April (ETD of 4/25 - 4/27). The initial batch of non-laser just the printer version was shown to be shipping April 3rd; and after that sold through it’s now listed as availability in June.
Is that like your business practices? winning a giveaway drawing is subject to reroll? 
I wonder this anytime anyone uses FedEx. Why?! Why do we keep giving them business?! They’re awful at it!

Having said that… while most others in this thread in Germany already received their printers, mine seems lost between distribution center and destination center. I will probably be the person where GEL proves their reputation.
You got your package with GEL?
I would try to get a new printer.
You never know what else is damaged and maybe still working for a view months, but than dies.
How you do that i dont know.
Maybe you could ask someone who knows?

Belgium here, exact same thing. I looked at the GEL tracking page but no date estimates. As per the confirmation mail, shipping around April, 8th. I also ordered within the first 15 minutes.
I’m sorry to hear yours had damage. Do you think thats caused by transport?
You only live 70km from where I live and I am wondering why NOTHING happened besides IN TRANSIT to my printer.
Is your printer actually not working now?
Does it also say that in the order itself (when you go to the store and check your order/profile)?
@OfthewellNL No it doesn’t. When I check the order status, in the Bambu store, it says “Order confirmed” but no estimates whatsoever. When I check the GEL site, it says “Goods in delivery depot” since February, 27th. Colour me confused

Finally got a tracking number from UPS - let’s wait
Looks like FedEx strikes again. Last update is a scan at 3am from a little over 2 hours away, not anywhere near my last mile hubs, and it is past noon. Highly doubt it will still be delivered today.
