I’ll probably use that spare one for TPU only, just to avoid any possible contamination issues between filament swaps.
Guess I’ll send them an email as well and see what happens. Mine is stuck at “Goods at transshipment point”
Going to be real sad if that price goes up before I can order one on Tuesday, we will see.

Totally agree.
I don’t understand why Bambu gives customers a hard time about this since the shipper should be on the hook for the costs.
Mine is stuck at “goods has left transshipment point” but I’ve sent them an email a week ago and I haven’t received any replies. I’ve even sent them an email on the day it was shipped, asking which carrier they’ll hand it over to in my country and again no reply. Customer service on top.
I have some news from Austria.
The delivery company in Austria should be “GOODCANG LOGISTICS GmbH”
But the link you get to specify the delivery time goes under the name “Cargoe”
They send you a sms at midnight with a link, where you can tell them your prefered delivery time.
But they have a system problem where the sms gets send before they have the package.
The link you get just tells you “no booking of delivery time possible”
But the guy on the phone i called told me, that the link should work in the next 24 hours, but the system they have should not send out that SMS that early.
So according to the guy i called, if you get that SMS, the delivery should start the next day and you can book a delivery time.
You also get a phone call 1 hour or at least 30 minutes before they try to deliver your package.
Hope that information helps at least someone in the forum

The guy on the phone is very friendly and called me back, but i found out that it also is possible that the printer wont get delivered the next day after getting that SMS message with the delivery.
Quick update and impression from my damaged unit:
I completly checked the printer again and the following parts were broken or at least a little damaged:
- Side Panel for fan mount (as initially described)
- 2* rubber Screws (Fan Mount)
- venting panel on the Back (could be pushed back loose)
- securing bracket for transport broken
- left AMS locking arm missing (found it and could be pushed back in place)
However Bambulab refused any partial refund or enhanced warranty (but they wanted me to fix everything by myself). I refused that and now they are offering me a replacement unit (2-3 weeks) or I can send the unit back and receive a refund.
I will make my thoughts in this during the weekend but my experience with the printer in the last 24 hours more speak for a full refund and to wait for an update unit in some months.
My experience so far:
- calibration worked fine
- not sure whether the Visual Encoder plate was working since calibration took as long as with the Textured Plate
- clogging with the first Sunlu Silk PLA Print (only had that one with my X1C within 1800 printing hours)
- Temperatur failures by combining ASA with HIPS Support: Both Filaments are set to 60C chamber temperature but the printer will always try to reach 0C for the HIPS. So after each Layer the printer tries to reduce the Chamber temperature to 0C and sends an error (please open door, chamber Temp too hot)
- AMS can’t heat with PLA: Even after reducing the temperature to 40C I cannot simply start the heating process (I need to take the rolls out of the Box or at least put the filament out of the tubes which makes the drying option quite ridiculus.
I think most of the points can be solved by software. However, since I am primarly using ASA with HIPS Support I wasn’t able to make any sucessfull print. The Long awaited heating function of the H2D is so far useless to me and I don’t mind waiting longer for a perhaps more developed Software.
Of course the HIPS temperature could perhaps be solved quickly (i will open a thread for this) but this has only been my initial impression. Of course I am still quite sad to wait longer and to pack/unpack everything again.

That stuff and i formation is very importent to people with the same delivery problem, and it is nice of you, that you take your time telling us.
If that would happen to me, i would want the replacemant unit.

Which country are you from?
Label was fine, and the mud was on the other side. Label thing was just and excuse for their delay.
It was probably the fedex people that threw mud on it so they could have another excuse to delay it

It still shows as $1899 in the US store, are you seeing different?
They are not even in place yet 9th of April
He was not refering to the actual price listet. He was refering to the stuff Mister Trump did. It is for sure now that taxes will rise, and that would be 650 or more for the printer. Thats why he put the “+” on the end.
I am not informed when the taxes start, but they will.
