Je suis en Suisse et j’ai commandé la bambulab h2d combo avec laser 10w, J’ai passé la commande à 15h mais ça ma mis que je l’ai passé à 22h sur le site est ce normal ?
La date d’envoi est marquée le 9 mai mais sur le site c’est aussi marqué livrise de 3-10 jours savez-vous de même quand je vais la recevoir ??

Its a different kind of torture. GEL tracking number on Monday and its not working anywhere. its 404070xxxx so the 404 may tell me something.

Is there any Italian who has already received the h2d with the GEL courier? I would like to ask how many days it took them to receive the package and which courier does GEL rely on for the final delivery in Italy? Thanks to those who answer me
The shipment has not been updated for days and no one responds to emails, should I start to worry? considering that I have 2400 euros lying around in the hands of strangers? A couple of days and I will ask paypal for a refund

even worse here. 2 weeks and not even shipped, no answer from bambulabs nothing. will have to file with paypal and then see what to do with all the junk that they did send thats useless now
At my delivery it says: “Announcement” but it should’ve been delivered yesterday.

With me it took also a bit more than a week before there was any movement. Not sure if it helped but I did sent an email to GEL and immediately after that there was movement,
Remember that it states when ordering 3-10 working days for delivery. If you ordered on the 2nd of April they have till mid next week to deliver within the promised timeframe.
Did you order when it was still in stock? could be you where just a bit to late and it was backordered. You can see that in your orders.
OK, finally it has arrived. Delivered as promised by the local carrier. Packaging is in perfect condition, no dents, scratches or tears. Now to see if the content is OK. Belgian carrier was Viva Xpress Logistics (Track & Trace (Public)). Very nice driver who helped me carry the box into my home. There were 2 or three other printers still loaded so a few other people are going to be happy today

no nobody called me, at 1pm they rang directly at my door saying we have a washing machine to deliver, and I understood xd

yes this morning it changed about 11:30
Finally mine has arrived
UPS just dropped it in front of door, made a picture and added that to the tracking 
I was at home and just took it in
Packing on bottom was slightly damaged.
Printer itself ok
Kalibration went OK
First part printed (mount for Spool Holder)
just got a call, tomorrow between 9am and 5pm. we’ll see
