Yups… He is going to look into it and get back to me. Didn’t sound too happy that I got a hold of him, but I’m not happy either…
The more they get these kind of calls, the faster they will get to a solution, hopefully.

How did you contact them? How did you know where your local depo was?
I googled ‘Nearest XDP depot’ it was about 20 mins away. I just turned up. The manager was really helpful. I had taken my passport just in case, lucky I did as he wanted ID.
It was all a bit of a gamble, I wasnt sure that even if they did have it, they would let me take it. I didnt even have to ask, he asked me if I wanted to take it.
I just received mine through DB Schenker (in The Netherlands), even though earlier I could only select tomorrow as the earliest date, luckily somebody else was home

Nice! When did you receive the shipment notification? Luckily I’m stuck with GEL so still waiting. I know it’s just a printer but now only have my A1 because my X1C is already sold.
I got the shipment notification on the 10th, the transporter picked it up on the 11th, it was delivered to the regional hub on the 12th, and delivered today (instead of tomorrow, which was the earlier moment I could select from the transporter)

Like I mentioned, I ordered on the 8th, i got a mail from Bambu on the 10th stating that it had been shipped. On the 11th it was picked up by the transporter, and asked for a delivery date through mail that day.
What does your Bambu order in terms of delivery say? Mine said it would be delivered in 3-10 days, I think others (that ordered later) would be shipped later (?)
I ordered on the 26th of march, the 7th got a email it was shipped with GEL 9th first tracking info and movement on the tracking. 10 it arrived in a delivery depot and status changed to “announcement”. Tracking did not change past 4,5days. On top of that, everyone that I know from the Netherlands didnt get any announcement. A friend of mind got a call from the delivery truck driver when he was at his house, luckily he wanted to wait 20min for him to drive home from work in order to accept the package…

yes just standaard ‘AMS’ version. when ordering they stated ships 8th so thats fair.
I don’t think calling the man in charge is helping us getting the printer quicker. Please let him do his job instead of stalking him about your package. In this case, Bambu needs to fix this with the company, not you or us. I’m in the same boat but I think the best advice is waiting. Finally it will arrive at our doorsteps.
