Has your H2D Shipped?

The laser versions are not available yet for customers. I thought at the end of April or May?

Seams XDP has been a bad choice for Bambu in the UK.
Never had and issues with DPD who usually deliver their goods, so not sure why they have gone with someone else for the actual printers.

Mine has arrived. The XDP lad was very nice so all credit to him, however XDP as a company isn’t the best. I’m still waiting for my message telling me when it will be delivered and the app still shows it’s at the delivery hub, despite the fact it arrived 2 hours ago. Not had chance to open it yet, so fingers crossed it’s okay.

Did the tracking status get updated? On the app mine says IN HUB, on their website it just says ā€œWe’ve got itā€.

Mine has moved from ā€œwe got itā€ to being prepared for delivery…
They had it at the depot since Thursday morning. I do not know why it takes so long to get it delivered. Is this delivery company that bad? Even Yodel is faster than this company.

Nope, still not updated. I’m currently unpacking it now, but the app says it’s at the delivery hub. :rofl:

So was it just 1 delivery person or 2? If you can let us know, please, we’re just checking if they had another person in the van.

Today i have finished the H2D Setup and as u asked here for some Pics from final (movable) Setup → here we go. Have try put all ā€œExtensionsā€ on that movable Platform, so its possible i can move the whole Setup in another Room, where the printer no one can disturb😜 Its maybe a bit unusual Setup, but it work great for me so far.
Now I’m waiting for the AMS HT. Until then, a Sunlu S2 its in his place. I hope it’s OK to share it here.

Now, I wish everyone who has purchased the H2D and is sincerely hoping that their device arrives soon and undamaged.

I have literally (17:55) just received a text message telling me it will be delivered between 10.30 and 12.30. I was delivered by one guy at 1.15pm, no one was with him.

Then at 17:56, I received an email letting me know I’m next. What a farce for Ā£80.

It cost me Ā£88 for delivery, and it’s been at some delivery depot since Thursday morning as well…

I paid £80 for delivery and I delivered it to myself! Where do I claim my £80?:joy:

Yesterday I received a call that my package will be delivered on Wednesday. So fingers crossed that I get my H2D tomorrow :slight_smile:

slowly it is getting time to tell my current story about the delivery and expierence with the carrier, to mention I am from Austria near Graz:

I ordered my ā€œlittleā€ H2D Combo on the 25.4. just minutes after the release together with a 2nd AMS 2 Pro, some PETG HF filaments and a additional build plate.

The AMS 2 Pro and the Filaments arrived shortly after my order - approx. 1 week after. Also the Build Plate was delivered very quick after my order.

On the 1.4.2025 I received a mail, that the printer was picked up from the Storehouse by the carrier GEL Germany. Late afternoon i got another notification the package has arrived in the Logistic Center Werl.
On the 2.4.2025 early morning I got the next notification that the package as arrived at the Würzburg Logistic Center. In the afternoon next notification that package has left the Logistic Center Würzburg.

Wow that was pretty quick and already thinking cool just 2 or 3 days more an I will get my H2D Combo. But now it comes.

On the 04.04. I got a message that package has arrived in the delivery depot and is Goods per-alerted state. Since this date no change or update at all.
I tried serval time to contact GEL to get an update. Called them but only automatic answering machine, wrote them emails - NO ANSWER at all.

last Friday I opened a ticket at Bambu Support, within 24 hours I got a replay that they are sorry and they will investigate and keep me updated about the status. If within a week I don’t get any update or the delivery I should replay on my ticket again. Hm,… okay lets see and wait.

Today is the 15.4. and still no change in the tracking tool from GEL or even on my Bambu Order Account.
Long story short since 04.04. I don’t know where the package is and what is the status, contacting the carrier - impossible, getting answer from carrier on several emails - NO. Only thing, counting day No. 10 since the last status update.

And for that i pay 145,- Euro shipping fee - very nice.

Will keep you posted how the journey continues :slight_smile: hope for all others your delivery will went better than mine.

For the Dutch waiters: I finally got an answer from GEL, they hand over the packages to XXL Logistiek. I’ve called them and apparently there is a ā€˜hold’ on the packages, preventing them to deliver them. Very vague, never heard of that before.

I’ve updated my ticket with BL on this.

received mine today with DB Schenker. Ordered on the 8th of April, delivered today. Pretty fast. Packaging was in perfect condition. Wish me luck that everything inside the package is in the same condition :slight_smile:

Delivered with GEL? Country?

Yes I ordered on the 25.03 here in Germany and it was stuck at GEL in the contact process for over a week but now they finally called me and I hope they deliver it tomorrow for real.
Will keep this thread updated tomorrow!

I ordered my H2D on April 8th. Unfortunately, there’s no sign of it being shipped. I sent a ticket yesterday, but there was no response. According to the email I received when I purchased it, the H2D should be in stock and have a processing time of about three days.

7 days since ordering and my shipping status remains on ā€˜We’ve got it’. I contacting XDP in the UK and got a reply to say that it’s progressing through their network but the tracking hasn’t updated. No idea when to expect it, I suppose I’ll need to stay at the delivery address for the next week in case it just randomly arrives. :frowning:
