10W or 40W? I haven’t gotten my label or anything and I ordered the 40W day 1

10 watt laser here.
I’m mostly excited for the cutting and plotting tool, but am laser curious. I can see myself getting into it and getting a legit standalone laser for the shop… this is my trial :slight_smile:

It is indeed moving! Looks like the usual unreadable/replaced label excuse as well. Perhaps tomorrow :crossed_fingers: - 10W Laser

Same boat here, mine is h2d 40w laser combo.

US, march 25h, regular combo (non-laser) - no label or any sign of a shipment for me yet

Just got this reply from Bambu support with me complaining about XDP and asking to get a better quality delivery company to deliver their printers for future deliverys…

I placed my order on April 8th and received the DHL Freight tracking information on April 17th. Since the shipment hadn’t moved, I contacted DHL today. They informed me that they were unable to pick up the printer from the warehouse, despite attempts on both April 17th and today. At this point, I have no idea where my delivery is. The only guidance I received via Bambulab live chat was to open a support ticket.

Tracking: “Not Collected - other reasons” since this morning.

Just received my text about delivery, they want to deliver on the 25th but only if I sign the waiver, which I am not prepared to do.
They have had my H2D since the 11th of April, it has been in th edelivery depot since 07.00 on Tuesday the15th, and they now will only deliver on the 25th if I sign their waiver, what an absolute joke, seriously Bambu Lab have truly foobarred this time :hot_face: :hot_face: :hot_face: :hot_face: :hot_face:

The waiver thing is really a joke, can it even be legally binding or have any meaning at all considering you’re not the one contracting them for the delivery and aren’t their customer?

Yorkie I did, and the 2 men carried it all to my kitchen.
I think that is what the waiver is for, mate…

Spoken to my bank, they have said not to sign it, it says I will be signing away any responsibility for any damage and that Bambu Lab can refuse to refund me!

The 2 men that delivered it did not know anything about the waiver. I did ask if that was why because they carried it to the house.

I am in the EXACTLY SAME situation.
Ordered on April the 8th
Tracking DHL received on 17th

My printer is still stuck in MÖNCHENGLADBACH.

If I inquiry Bambulab robot with my tracking number and email it says my email adress or tracking number is wrong…

How can I have a live chat with these Bambulab guys?

Their live chat hours are based on GMT+8, so you may need to stay up late/get up early to chat with a person, but they’re usually helpful once you’re talking to them

Buddy at work tried to buy it, when it got to shipping, it up back to 2699…
