There’s a lot of room for improvement in my opinion for the communication between BBL owners and the support “mechanism”. But, credit where credits due: I’m installing some new boards per their recommendation (I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the boards I’m taking out), and I’d like to express my appreciation for the inclusion of silicone glue to assure that the connectors don’t come loose due to vibration. I really expected to have to furnish my own. Nice touch.

I am with you, credit where credit is due. But because of this? In a vibrating machine, I would be disappointed if it were otherwise.
BTW: Thank you Toyota for the steering wheel in my car. And the seatbelt.

Sarcasm is not very becoming of us, we are better than that. It is refreshing to hear positive comments about BL for a change. I don’t know about the rest of you here, but I have been getting real tired with all of the negativity of late, both in this forum and in life in general.

As I said, we are talking about a device whose main task is connected with vibrations. And we’re talking about devices that can be described as high-priced in the consumer sector. They’ve been doing this all along, it’s nothing new. So I would be really disappointed if no protection against vibration had been considered.
Praising the bare minimum. Of course we can do that.

I don’t even know what that means. Oh wait a minute, I looked it up. “Simp” means sucking up. I don’t think that’s what I was doing. They’ll never even know I said it. But if they do read my post, maybe they’ll be less inclined to quit including the glue. That’s a win for us as far as I’m concerned.
