Having Issues upload to Makerworld

I have been pulling my hair out trying to upload a new design I make. I have not done this in Makerworld but have done it for years on other platforms.
It keeps asking me to “Add a Printer Profile” I did this right at the start. And yes I did export that file from my X1C bed in the slicer. Please help this is so frustrating.

If you are uploading a 3mf, do the following.

  1. Provide the 3mf on the first screen.
  2. On the second screen, do NOT provide any files, this is for additional files your model isn’t providing.
  3. On the second screen
  • provide at least one photo of the printed item and any other suitable images.
  • Name, category and tags for your model.
  • Choose the license
  • Enter a description
  • Do NOT join the exclusive program as your model is 2D and it is not compliant, they will penalise you even for genuine errors.
  1. On the third screen, provide a photo of a successful print and any other images you like. You may also provide additional information specifically for this profile.

It is important to understand that a model is…

  • A model file (3mf, STL)
  • Zero or more profiles

This is why the third screen asks for more information about the profile.

You however were caught on the less-than-obvious secondary files option that you do not require.

If you were providing your 3mf AND done STL files, you would provide the STL files where you got confused.

Do not worry the best of us have been stuck there questioning it’s purpose.

I did all of that and I still get that green add print profile arrow

Why am I adding a photo twice?

When I add the file if I select the top option it will not let me publish, when when I use the second option "I have a stl file or a 3mf file it will show show the publish arrow. But when I do that it tells me to add a picture when already have done. Why do they make this so hard.
