Having problems getting Prints to start

Greetings Gentle folk of the forum
I seem to be having some problems printing on my P1S.
When I get to the screen where you select the Filament, I get the PLA box outlined in red with a red circle and an exclaimation mark !
What do you think is causing this problem?
I took a picture of the error message but the forum doesnt seem to allow pics

Oh yeah when I click on the error, A little box pops up that says
Upper half area: Original
Lower half area: Filament in AMS
Then unerneath the box it says in green:
Not satisfied with the grouping of filaments? Regroup and slice →

Sorry I should have put this detail in the OP
Any help would be appreciated
