Having real hard time printing PETG on H2C

I am having a real hard time printing Polymaker PETG Polylite. The roll is several years old but I tried it at 65C for 12h.

The filament does not stick to the plate or to itself. This happens on both the stock Bambu textured plate and with a Darkmoon Satin plate.

The bed is set to 80C, the nozzle is 240C, the first layer speeds are 20 wall, 30 infill. After the first layer, I have the speed go up to 100mm/s.

I would appreciate any advice.

Raise nozzle temp to 255 first layer, then 265 subsequent, and lower the bed temp to 75C. Turn fan completely off the first 5 layers and see if that helps.
