Brand new X1C and the heat bed stopped heating the first morning I started to use it. Did the trouble shooting steps and it looks like the SSR on the AC board is bad. Submitted support tickets three days ago but so far no reply. Anyone know how long it takes support to reply and then how long it takes to get a new AC board from them?

I have not needed support but most support tickets it’s been like 5 to 14 days is what most people have said on the forums.

Support was on holiday 4/29-5/3, probably working through a backlog of tickets now.
Still waiting on tech support 
In the mean time I ordered a quality SSR from Mouser and replaced it myself. Back up and running. Shame on Bambu, if I didn’t know how to trouble shoot electronics and have my own solder station I would be waiting how knows how long with my $1500 paperweight.
