None of these inserts use a threadform that’s self sealing or even capable of sealing with help. I also don’t think you can reliably use the inner volume of 3D printed parts as pneumatic lines - the whole point of pneumatics is to use narrow hoses to avoid issues with gas compression losses.
As for lifetime, that’s not an answerable question. Part life depends on design, fabrication, part loading, and operating environment.
