ello everyone, every time I print ABS (Original Bambu with AMS) I get the error message “Heatbed homing abnormal - HMS_ 0300_0D000_0002_0001” (I couldn’t find the error message in the Bambu Guide) The funny thing is that the print becomes perfect. The catch is that the error also occurs with PLA / PETG! To get rid of the error I have to let the printer cool down. Perform the bed calibration and delete the Bambu app completely and reinstall it. After that the error is gone until the next time printing with ABS!
Maybe someone has an idea what this could be. I have followed all the tips I found about the heating bed, tightened or loosened the heating bed screws, pushed the heating bed forward and so on…

I have the same issue. Heat bed abnormal. Possible tip issue. Mine is a new hot end with nozzle. Just cause I had one. Straight edge on bed looked good so I don’t see a bulge like it suggest. Was working great then come in to start another print and started failing calibration and bed leveling
Look I’m an old disabled veteran who thought this would be fun and it was. I keep really good maintenance on it and keep it clean but the process for a trouble ticket is horrible. Then I see most go un answered. I should have looked past all the good reviews to see if human communication was an option for tech. My printer has been down for 2 months doing this. Tried the framing and wow. Next is to sell it with AMS in this condition cause to me it’s just a large paperweight.
If any good person who can put the troubleshooting in idiot can understand I would be very grateful.
Now I have to figure out if somebody contacts me how will I know. Lol. I’m in bad shape. Lol
