Easy and cheap way to reach 60°C in the chamber for printing ABS/ASA:
Throw a towel or sweatshirt over the printer.
How long does it take your to get there? I have had two towels over min and only getting into the low 50s.
I print a lot of ABS and my P1P only gets to 45-47. You really don’t need it to be any hotter than that.

Do you use high temp or engineering plate for ABS? Right now i am printing ABS only and using the high temp plate only. It works so good when it is kept clean. No glue or chemicals!

Yeah I use the high temp plate also, unless I’m after a different finish for a top layer (printed upside down). I love ABS, it’s cheap and so easy to post process, glue together with acetone, fill with ABS “juice”, sanding, painting is easy and it’s durable. Great for prints that need to stand up to high in car temperatures.
